I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Booking is easy using our automated system, choose your session time, artist, and date easily 24 hours a day.
You will receive an email and text reminder 48 hours before your appointment
Email any reference material to your artist before your appointment (see contact page)

CAN I HAVE A CONSULTATION TO TALK ABOUT MY IDEA? / CAN I COME IN AND TALK TO SOMEONE?

Consultations are generally unnecessary for most appointments. Your design is typically drawn by your artist on the day of your appointment where you work directly with your artist and can share input directly and in person. Any reference material should be emailed directly to your artist.

We do recommend a consultation if you are looking to get a cover up or are working over scar tissue. In that case email us at TMHTattoo.co@gmail.com to book a consultation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? / CAN I SEND A PIC AND GET A QUOTE?

Prices can vary greatly between artists and designs making it very difficult to give an accurate quote. It’s far easier to discuss the parameters of your budget with your artist at the time of your appointment or through direct email with your artist.
– I kind of know what I want but want help with more ideas/ I need/want help
No problem, we are happy to help you with your design during your appointment. You just need an idea of what you want and we can help you formulate that idea into art.

CAN MY ARTIST SEND ME THE DRAWING AHEAD OF TIME?

No. Drawings are done the day of your appointment.

DO I/HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?

Gratuity is always appreciated, there is no set amount but if you’re happy with your artist show it!

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

DO YOU DO GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes! Gift certificates are cash only and must be purchased in person

HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED A HALF DAY OR FULL DAY?

If you are uncertain of how much time is needed for your piece send an email to your artist or the shop at TMHTattoo.co@gmail.com and we can help you out with that. Please include photos when available and/or a brief description including intended placement.

DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE WHO SPECIALIZES IN...?

Our artists are very well rounded but also have some style or preferences prefered over others. If you are unsure we recommend browsing our social media for the latest works.

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Most importantly make sure that you are hydrated and fed. Don’t consume alcohol the day before. If you have any medical conditions or are any medications that may thin your blood consult your physician before booking.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Comfortable clothing that will allow your artist to access the area being worked on that you don’t mind the possibility of getting ink on.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

As of right now Dan is available for walk ins Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on a first come first served basis. Appointments are preferred we recommend following our social media for the quickest updates on cancelation based availability.

DO YOU DO PIERCINGS?

Nope.

DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT / WHY DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, because our time is valuable. It’s not an additional charge and it will be deducted from your session cost.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ARTIST WOULD BE THE BEST FOR WHAT I WANT?

DO YOU TATTOO MINORS WITH PARENTAL CONSENT?

NY state requires all persons to be 18 years of age at the time of procedure regardless of parental consent.

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

In the original confirmation email you received when you booked your appointment you will find a link to reschedule your appointment. If you are inside the 48 hour window before your appointment this option will no longer be available, your deposit wil be forfeit and you will need to schedule a new appointment. Please see our deposit policy.
